Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all original packaging included.

Customers must contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items  
Items that are worn, damaged, or returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges  
If you need a different size, please contact us and we will assist with an exchange if inventory is available.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time  
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
